CLEAN TYPES and PRICING – GCS provides residential cleaning services on a one time and on- going basis. Based on the clean requirements and our experience GCS will provide an estimate to the length of time the clean will take.   Our one time minimum service charge is $90.00. For our customers who wish for an ongoing service, we will establish a contract rate.

 

SAFETY of EMPLOYEES – All employees are covered under WCB.  To protect the health and safety of our employees they do not move anything heavier than 50 lbs. Should you require us to clean behind heavy furniture please move it prior to the cleaning to allow access to the target area.  Bunkbeds must be accessible by the employee from 3 sides of the bed and not exceed 5 feet in height in order to be made up with linens.

 

KEY SECURITY – We undertake various measures to provide security for your keys at all times.  Customer keys are stored in a key safe and are assigned security codes used for identification.  For customers who do not have an on-site entry system to their property, we require that the key be dropped at our office the day before the clean. All homes will be locked upon the cleaning crew’s departure from the house.

 

BREAKAGE AND LOSS – GCS is bonded and insured. Our insurance policy provides a Comprehensive General Liability limit of $2,000,000.

 

PAYMENTS – We gladly accept the following forms of payment: Visa, Mastercard, Email Transfer, Cheque, Cash. Payment in full must be made to Goldstar Cleaning Services upon completion of the service.  A finance charge of 3% per month will be charged on all past due balances.

 

A credit card number must be kept on file  with your Goldstar office.  Your account will be charged the balance due plus any fees, 3 days after each cleaning unless an alternate form of payment is received prior to.

 

REFUNDS AND GUARANTEES – If you are not 100% satisfied with the quality of cleaning of any of the serviced areas, please call us within 48 hours of the clean and we will re-visit your home at no extra charge.  However, due to the subjective nature of cleaning, we do not offer refunds to customers.

 

CANCELLATION – Should you wish to cancel or change cleaning appointments please notify GCS a minimum of 2 business days (48 hrs) prior to scheduled appointment.  A $35 fee will apply to cancellation within 48hrs or less.
