How many cleaners work in my house?
Crews are typically made up of two cleaners based on scheduling requirements. Crew members will be uniformed and assigned individual tasks throughout your home. A final walk-through will be completed by the crew leader.
Do you supply the cleaning products and supplies?
We do supply our own cleaning products and equipment, including microfiber cloths and HEPA filtered backpack vacuums, all of which we bring to each job. There is no need for you to provide anything unless you have a product that you prefer.
How does the cleaning crew get in to my house?
Typically our customers provide a key or a code that is stored in our secure key safe within the main office. Some customers prefer to meet the crews and will provide access in to the home.
How do you accept payment?
Cash, Visa, or MasterCard. Commercial clients are billed on a 30-day cycle. Customers are billed within 5 days.
